Have visited 3 times in recent weeks to arrange purchase of a car. Contact was Aidan who was very professional, not pushy in any way and helped all he could including bringing a car to our home to view. Very pleased with my experience with Toyota and praise also to lady on reception.

I visited the Toyota dealership twice, to discuss potentially buying a car. Once was on Friday evening without an appointment and the second time was somehow scheduled, to go for test drive. I was attended by Aidan K. who was really helpful and went out of his way to accommodate my test drive request. The service was friendly, personable and I highly appreciated that Aidan was genuinely interested in helping me out, without being annoying or pushy. I decided to go for a different brand in the end, but my overall experience was pleasant and I would recommend this dealership if you are interested in buying a Toyota
Really bad experience, we visited Steven Eagell at Watford to buy a used car, like one car which they offered at 13,995 which was outside budget and last they offered 13,250, we luckily refused their offer. Then we got back home, was looking online for other options and we came across with their same car online for 12,995 - which was less than they offered in their showroom. Lewis and his manger (can't remember the name) made us fool, NOT HAPPY AT ALL, I would never go to any of their show rooms again and will NOT recommend or PLEASE BE EXTREMELY CAREFUL BEFORE DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!
Great experience with these guys, in particular a guy called Lewis. 21st century comms via whatsapp, sending photos and video of car I wanted to see. To top it off Lewis collected me and brought me into the dealership as I was without a vehicle. They done everything they could to make sure I was happy. Refreshing encounter! Thanks
