Wouldn't even give 1 star. 0 if I could... have a huge fear of the dentist have done ever since being young my dentist sent me here for 2 root canals under sedation my referrals kept getting declined with no explanation so calling back and forth with no real reason to why it was declined on the 3rd time they said the xray was not clear enough so I went back to my dentist for another xray and waited another 2 weeks for them to decline me saying they couldn't do the root canals at this point the pain was so bad I was taking very strong pain killers all through the night just to sleep so I had my dentist send another referral for extraction of the teeth to which they still haven't given the go ahead. 2 days ago I manged to get the courage to go to my dentist as the pain had become the worst kind of pain I have experienced in my head/jaw and he has done a temporary fix seriously would not recommend this dentist if you have a fear and need putting to sleep or in need of emergency. disgusting!!!
Horrid place. Had no sink to clean mouth in downstairs treatment room. And workmen were drilling loudly in the loft or another room. Kept me waiting an hour before my nerves gave up. Cramped waiting area not enough seating.

Following a fall my 3 year old needed two damaged teeth removed so was referred to Chartwell ! Can honestly say the dentist that led the sedation was amazing ! The team were fantastic with children and my son has already asked when he can go back to see the nice dentist again (hopefully not for a while)!!!
Had a smooth experience here, quite small and basic inside but was ok. Staff where nice!
