The entire team at Medivet Croxley Green are fantastic. Recently Ryker my German Shepherd suffered from lameness in his front leg. This working with the Croxley team including Fabiana Couto, Cathy Aldridge and Chelsea Allen have been amazing. My Shepherd loves visiting the practice and thats all down to the entire team based at Croxley. I cannot thank Medivet Croxley Green enough, you ladies are fantastic, the practice is amazing and you inspire confidence with all that you do. Thank you from Ryker and his family.
From the moment you arrive they treat you with courtesy. They know the animals well and treat them all as individuals. I am never made to feel silly even when I am asking the smallest of questions. Thank you to all the staff
The staff are all lovely, they know what they're doing, and they genuinely care about your pets. They've taken good care of my dog Rolo many times and he loves going to see them too
Make sure you pay with a card here. They took my payment on the day then sent an invoice a month later. Even though I'd paid with a card and could prove payment they still threatened "recovery action". New vet for me and an interesting court case on its way..... imagine what they'd be like if I'd paid cash and couldn't prove it !!!!!.
Overpriced and underexperienced. Literally only use as in case of emergency (the vet Fabiana is nice though).
